Southerners know a thing or two about good desserts. It's no wonder BANANA PUDDING reigns supreme at just about any function where people gather together to eat. It's rich, creamy, and full of banana slices and cookies soaked in vanilla custard. Seriously, doesn't that just sound amazing? My no-bake version is topped off with homemade whipped cream! It's not just good banana pudding; it's CRAZY good banana pudding!! I find it's best if you make it a day ahead so the cookies can soak up the vanilla custard!! You will not be disappointed if you take the time to make this dessert. And your Granny will be so proud of you!!
