When I say these are "proper" mashed potatoes, I suppose what I really mean is that they are made with TONS of dairy!! And that, in my opinion, makes them PROPER!! It also makes them incredibly delicious! I add cream cheese, milk, and butter to my recipe. Feel free to go the extra mile and smother them in cheese! Lets just use ALL the dairy we can find! Haaaaaaaaa!!
