Mac & cheese is a food that most folks here in the US grow up eating. Just the sight of the blue box with yellow letters brings to mind memories from childhood! Well folks, it's time to step "outside the box" and try homemade mac & cheese! I promise you, it will be worth the effort. My recipe calls for a blend of 4 different cheeses, but don't be intimidated!! You can really use any kind of cheese you want to, so get creative!! And as always, let me know how yours turns out!
