If you don't like cornbread, there might be something wrong with you. After all, what's not to like? Next to a buttermilk biscuit, there's not a finer piece of bread to be found in the South! My recipe is easy to follow and turns out a delicious pan of cornbread EVERY time. If you prefer muffins, then by all means, slap this batter in a muffin tin and be prepared to fall in love all over again. Pass the butter!
