Yes, really! And it's delicious! It will make you wonder why you ever settled for plain pepper jam! After all, EVERYTHING is better with BACON, right?? Of course I'm right! Bacon should be it's very own food group. If it were, it would be my favorite. I bet I'm not alone in thinking that. God got it right when he created the pig! I hope you give this recipe a try. It's quite delightful and makes a bunch. The reason behind making such a big batch???? Well, I'll tell ya: it takes hours to make the stuff and who wants to do it more than once or twice a year??? So, suck it up and get it done and you will be so glad you did. I'm planning to serve part of this batch up at my Thanksgiving get together.
