There is nothing quite as good as a flaky buttermilk biscuit fresh from the oven! The recipe I use is easy and produces light & flaky biscuits sure to impress! Best served with BUTTER and jam. Or gravy. Or strawberries and whipped cream. Or stuffed with country ham. You get the idea, right? You can bake them on a cookie sheet but for some Southern flair, cook them in a cast iron skillet!!
