Wild Honeysuckle Blossom Jelly?? Is that even a thing? Why, YES it is! Follow along with me as I forage for what can best be described as a taste of summertime in a jar: jelly made using the blossoms of the wild honeysuckle vine. It's unique flavor is packed full of bright, floral notes that bring back memories of childhood summers in the south. Jelly making is not a "quick" process, but the time invested is worth it considering you won't find a product like honeysuckle jelly in a store! So take the time and watch my video posted below and try your hand at the art of making jelly! It's fun, and the jelly makes a great gift to share!
